Very Disappointing Experience with Posh Spaces – Unable to Contact Them or Locate the Business

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Posh Spaces.

I placed an order after coming across their website, which appeared professional and gave me the impression that I was dealing with a legitimate and established business. Unfortunately, my experience after making payment has been very concerning.

I have made several attempts to contact Posh Spaces using the telephone number provided on their website ***), but my calls have gone unanswered and I have not received any response.

I also went to the physical address listed for Posh Spaces in Midrand, but I was unable to locate the business at that address.

What concerns me most is that, based on my experience, I have been unable to establish contact with the business or confirm its physical presence after making payment. I used PayJustNow to make the payment, and I am particularly concerned about how the payment could be processed if the business cannot be contacted or located.

The professional appearance of the website gave me confidence to proceed with the purchase, but unfortunately my experience has been completely different.

I would appreciate a clear explanation from Posh Spaces regarding the status of my order and, if they are unable to fulfil the order, a full refund of the amount paid.

I am posting this review to make other customers aware of my experience and, hopefully, to obtain a response and resolution from Posh Spaces.
