Order Not Delivered

Good,<br> <br> Please assist. I placed an order online on 13 Jan 2015. Up to this point I have not received my order. It was promised to me that delivery would take place within 3 - 5 days from the the day payment was confirmed.<br> <br> Thus far the only response I received from Posh Patterns was when I sent in my proof of payment, which they confirmed that it was received. No one answers the phone and their e-mail keeps sending auto replies saying that the mail server is under maintenance.<br> <br> I would rather have my money back if they fail to keep their word to their customers.<br> <br> Regards,<br>
