No reply to REFUND follow up of 4 shirts purchased

On the 27th November I purchased 4 shirts. As advertised the shirts were delivered by 1st Dec. Much to my absolute disappointment of the quality of 4 shirts that arrived and costed a whopping R2 240 I immediately sent them a mail to complain about my dissatisfaction of the shirts and that I wanted it returned and all my money refunded. They reverted back immediately with quite an amicable response and provided me a refund claim form I needed to complete and that they would arrange pick up of the 4 shirts to be returned. On the 3rd Dec the refund claim form was submitted, which they acknowledged receipt of and I was then informed that the refund would take up to 7 business days, ie expecting my full refund by latest past Friday 11th Dec. On Monday 14th I followed up on the status of my refund and recollection of shirts...NO REPLY...yesterday 15th Dec I followed up again with 2 emails to them as it was now the 9th business day already and still no refund payment received - up to now still NO REPLY received on the status of my refund and when the returned shirts will be recollected from me. Quick to take payment and deliver the shirts yes, but no turnaround and reply with my REFUND !!
