I purchased a shirt for R560, two pants for R640 and R650 respectively, in November 30 via Layby. I paid off the Layby on 15 December 2015. I only received the order on 01 March 2016. The goods that were received are no where close to what I have ordered and paid for as shown on their website. I emailed them the following day requesting their return address so I can return the order and either get my money back or get the real clothes I have ordered. Todate I have not received a response. I have been emailing, Facebook messaging and they have now blocked me on Facebook because I have posted on their page that people must becareful of them. They are a ***** company. Their return policy is 3 days after receipt of the product, which I notified them within. The shirt is advertised as 100% cotton, however the real shirt fabric is plastic. The pants are advertised as formal pants, when intact are cut from the overall fabric, they look like they were sawn by hand. The size is ridiculously small even though it's supposed to be 34.<br> There was no invoice, not return address, even the pants does not have any labels. The shirt label is hand sawn.<br> Please help me get my money back.
