Awaiting my delivery since making a payment on 25

Hi, I hereby request your assistance on the following issue that I have with Posh Patterns. I ordered a shirt on lay bye on the 22nd of October and made my last payment on the 25th of November. I waited for their 5 delivery but nothing happend. When I called i was told that XS size is not available and I was offered S size of which I agreed on the 9th of December. I still have not received my delivery as we speak and when I call, their line is engaged since 17th of December and the emails are also not rep**** to. Can you please assist me on this issue or point me to the right direction to further this complaint.<br> Regards,<br> Thembinkosi
