Posh Bedford Center

I have been blocked by Rebekah owner at POSH as I have requested a new dress as the one I purchased has had faults from the word go. She has been well aware of all the faults this dress has had and verbally agreed and reassured me that if the dress has any further faults she will send the dress back to the supplier and replace it for a new one. She is now going back on her word and has said that she will repair it however whats to say that when I wear it again it wont ladder again. She has insulted my integrity and character and has accused me of having every intention of returning the dress, that I damaged the dress intentionally and that she does not want to deal with a person of my character (she has met me twice in her life). She has no business sense and does not know how to deal with people. She is happy to take your money and promise you the world but when it comes to replacing the dress she blocks you and cannot be reached. This clearly shows guilt and just proves that she is wrong in her business dealings. If she was a "Business owner" she wouldn't be running away from this and would deal with it head on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
