Taken my money but have not given my ordered item

<p>I ordered a flowergirl dress from Posh Baby Boutique over 4 months ago. They told me that it would take 4 weeks to deliver. I have been emailing and emailing and am not getting any response! I think this service is disgusting because they have actually ****** my money! </p> <p>I am getting tired of receiving no response!</p> <p>Disgusting!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the 2nd time I am writing a review about them! How do I get my item or my money back???</p>
