DISGUSTING SERVICE!

My mom ordered x2 item from them for my daughter who turned one yesterday, with order we stated we want the goods before the 19th of May because the outfits is for her birthday. I received one parcel, which is 0-6 months old, I emailed how many times with no response, after a while a person named Debbie came back to me, make a long story short, I asked her if I can return the outfit which is 0-6 months and will never fit my daughter she is turning one, she replies no it can not be returned or exchange because the item is discontinue by the supplier, which I don't see its my problem, after that I asked where is my other outfit which also must have been delivered by me by the 19th of May, she gave me a woman's name and number, but I've been trying to call that number the whole of yesterday and the whole morning that number just rings! Its a lot of money that I don't know where it is when I will get it, and I sit with an outfit that im just going to put in a closet because what must I do with that!! I send emails again yesterday and today but there is just NO RESPONSE!! I have never experience such bad service like this!!! They are not friendly, not helpful, no contact details
