Poor Product

In 2021, I used Poseidon Pools, marbelite (diamond blue) for my pool. 2 years later I had to redo my pool.

I used the contractor that was recommended by the owner, which would secure a 10-year warranty. With this, he said if anything happens to the marblite (diamond blue), he will replace the marbelite. On the day of installation, he and his wife were at my premises whilst the installation took place. When they left, he informed me that the contractor, whom he recommended was using too much water in mixing the marbelite and doing it wrong. At no point during the process did he address the issues with the contractor, which he recommended’

2 years later, in August 2023, and after various stories from the owner, the marbelite (diamond blue) needed replacing. When I contacted the owner, I was informed that I was told at installation that the contractor was not mixing the marbelite correctly, as well as the chemicals and the pool cover that I used were incorrect and affected the marbelite. I responded that all the instructions and directions received from the owner were followed step by step, down to the agents that tested the water's chemical levels. I was told that he would give me white marbelite, the cheapest color that there is, to replace the diamond blue.

I had to redo my pool at my own cost and used Cemcrete's Marbelite, it is much smoother, and I have had no issues thus far.
