Truck side Swiped Me and not comunicating regarding

This company has given me the run around. One of their trucks side swiped my car on the 13 May 2025. What I don't understand is that they handed the claim over to their insurance company MY WAY however because they did not pay the excess the insurance company closed the case. Then I went back to them regarding and they want me to leave the car in their yard so that their inhouse panel beater can fix it. I have explained to them that I am not able to due to work reason and did have a panel bater that agreed that I could drop off the car in the mornings and pick up again in the afternoon. How ever the company has not rep**** to my messages where I have requested the owners number and the reason for not paying the excess. Then I went as far as asking my brother in-law to assist he has quoted me R5400.00 fix all from the highest quote being over R20 000.00 down to R5400.00 yet they are not willing to help. I do not have insurance and from talking to other people have found that this company does not repair any damages. They seem to get away with it. I am happy to share all the conversations I with their insurance company and with two employees that work for the company.
