Bad pool plaster

During August/September i re marbelited my swimming pool. The work was done by MD construction using Poseiden marbelite royal blue. After the work was completed we had the borehole water teste by lazy water pools Kolonade.Lazy water pools prescribed after the test bioguard products. The chemicals was administered as prescribed by lazy water pools and a document poseiden. MD construction also assisted with the administer of the chemicals. After a short while the pool has been completed and the water was filled anthe chemicals added with four water test and a water quality compliance certificate,white stripes and white marks called scalling appeared all over the pool. In poseiden document the say that no float to be used but in correspondence with poseiden they condone the use of a floater and they dont except any responsibility for there product. This problem was also referred to bioguard as only bioguard product where used and im still awaiting a reply from them. MD construction comfirmed that they followed the procedures in mixing and applying the new marbelite. Lazy water pools confirmed that we follwed all requirements
