Terrible Guest House

This guest house advertises a great experience however is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in hospitality. We had guests booked in 5 rooms, none of the showers worked correctly, they don't serve breakfast before 8am, there is no one present after a certain time in the evening do in the event of a key emergency you will have to climb up a ladder and through your window to get into your room (I did that) when merely trying close the bathroom door by the handle, (room 2) I cut 3 of my fingers as the design of the door frame and installation is so bad, close it hard enough and you could lose a finger without exaggerating <br> <br> They advertise a free airport transfer on their website which they outright refused when I requested because they say it only operates one way.<br> <br> None of our 5 breakfasts were cooked the way we asked and was generally not satisfactory <br> <br> Overall a terrible place with terrible service. The feel of this guest house is that someone owns a house and decided to cash in on tourists without adhering to any code of hospitatity feels completely slap dash and yet they charge more per night than many established hotels and guest house <br> <br> Utterly disappointed!!!<br>
