The owner refuse to pay refund

Lance , the owner who chased us in the middle of the night few minutes we have arrived because one of us was laughing over the phone and we asked for our refund then he let it go, the guy made sure that we don't enjoy our trip to Port Alfred and again early in the morning he started to harass us again saying that we must leave his premises because of what happened yesterday , we asked him for the refund and he refused saying that by law he has a right to throw us in the streets.We ended up leave that place a day before we were supposed to check out. Still to this day he refused to refund us, what a dirty place as it is not what you see on the pictures. On our arrival he asked us if is there anyone amongst us who works for SAPS as he doesn't allow them in his premises, only a few hours we've discovered that he doesn't want us to be there as he wants the money , throw us in the streets.
