Poor service

I come to you seeking assistance, I bought hair online from this lady named Portia in December, she took very long to reply to my messages, I sent her money for my hair and I waited and waited, her customer service is just bad , at times she reads a message and dont even reply, I received my hair and I was happy and all fine, then this other day I discover that inside the wig she implanted short layers to fill up spaces , I take a picture and send it to her, does she not block me , tried sending an email she blocked me every where, she had a sale and she still expected me to pay full amount , until a friend of mine refferred me to you please help ,
