**** Spa Business

I have book a spa day for my mother's birthday . Portia the owner had requested payment to confirm booking. This booking was made on the 25th October for 16 November 2024. Payment was made. I had to constantly message Portia to check if everything was fine for my booking. She advised everything is okay. I had stopped by a week before to know the where the spa is located - there was no one there. I messaged on the morning of the 16th November at 09:00 for my 10:00 booking - they tell me my booking has been cancelled. They did not inform me prior. This business is a **** and very unprofessional. Portia does not want to give me my refund, all her numbers are going to voicemail. Portia's spa is a **** *** - 21 Lighthouse Road, Umhlanga. Absolute Rouges. We had even went to premises , Portia has run away and is hiding as there are many people wanting refunds
