Hopeless logistics.

I had a hopeless logistics experience with them - whilst I understand that orders under lock down can cause huge logistical issues the delays in getting things done by Port2Port is just mindblowing. I ordered wine from other merchants which were delivered within 3 days from lockdown. This particular Merchant had almost 6000 orders to deal with but managed to get it done within 3 days. I had two items on order. For both I got emails that the goods have shipped within 4 days of the end of alcohol lockdown. The facts are that the one order has not even been collected from the wine farm 7 days after the shipment record was created. How on earth Port2Port can confirm to me that shipment took place under these circumstances smacks of blatant dishonesty.

For the other order I got a call from the courier looking for my address in Somerset West, whilst I live in Paarl, and it is reflected as such in my account at Port2Port. Still Port2Port insists on using the same useless couriers.
