Misleading and poor service

I bought on of Port studio's photo shoot packages and had the shoot 23 March. When i arrived the lady explained that the i have two options. Jumbo prints or a cd with 20 photos for 750. I then took the cd package because i prefer digital images. When i wanted to book another session the Monday, i realized the package that they advertise on wikideals is actually X5 Jumbo prints or X3 low res digital images, this is included in the price. I was never presented the second option. I was only told that i must pay 750 for digital prints. When i spoke with the manager at the studios , he apologized and said the refund will be made. I then received an e-mail that no refund will be made after he met with his staff.

Coupons cannot be combined. • Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
