Pathetic ownership- port St John’s river lodge

The owner is hostile, rude and aggressive. The resort made an error with our booking and didn’t want us to get the room keys to check in. It was at night and there was nowhere else to go. After eventually giving us the room keys, the next morning they realised they had made an error. They did not apologise properly and when we expressed our displeasure the owner was hostile and told us to not speak over him. He then aggravated my partner and almost laid his hands on him. Then he refused to let us leave until we apologised to which we refused and eventually left. He essentially kicked us out and told us to never come back. After such pathetic treatment he was not apologetic.
