Nomakholwa's Insolent Behaviour

I've just dealt with the most insolent person at PE College Iqhayiya Campus at the Exams Department named "Nomakholwa", she was so unprofessional from the manner in which she answered the phone to how she just hung up on me whilst i was still speaking! It's so funny how on your core values it is stated that "Professionalism and excellence, Quality service provisioning" are a priority but I experienced none of that today. She was lashing out on me and uttering things like "I dont have a senior, i am the senior and you're disturbing me" this was all for merely enquiring and asking for help. I'm disappointed!!!
