Tired of srugging

To whom it may concern

I Mercia Arries, would like to lay a complaint against the Marsters office in Port Elizabeth, they have been sending me from pillar to post for years now, they first sent me to Grahamstown's Marsters office where I spoke to Mr Bhudaza whom was very up set at the fact that they have sent me all the way to Grahamstown in the first place as they could have assisted me here in Port Elizabeth, which meant that I have travelled all the way unecessary, he continued to mention that the people in Port Elizabeth do not do their work as I am not the first person they have sent all the way, he then tried to call them to express his dissatisfaction but they did not answer their calls, the Grahamstown office was very friendley and assisted me to the best they can, I returned to Port Elizabeth and wen to see Mrs Van Staden whom further assisted me on what to do next and then referred me to Ulandi Themba whom provided me with the needed documentation and informed me that I needed to open an estate account at the bank, I comp**** with everything they asked o me and handed the completed documentation on the 1st of August every thing was finalized an I was toe that the documentation would be sent away on the 2nd or 5th of August and that I will be contacted between the 6 and 7th of August 2024 with the tracking number, I waited all week to no avail, on the 15th i decided to follow up just to be told that the documentation have never been sent away, this clearly proves what Mr Bhudaza said when he said tht the P.E office do not do their work, I told them that it was unacceptable and that I feel like the fool as I gave been up n downing for so many years already just to have things put on hold like this all the time, I was then informed that the admin department works with the sending away of documents but wasn't given a contact number or put through to them, on th 16th again I called several times and was not answered i then contacted Mrs Van Staden whom explained to me tht she was unable to assist me but referred me to Burnie whom I also tried to call but received no answer, I then contacted Reyet Straydom whom informed methat the person that works with the Gaurdian fund was Asanda and that she is day off, I then proceeded to ask of there was anyone I could speak to that was in charge while Asanda was off she then told me she will get back to me and hasn't got back since.

I am frustrated, I have spent so much money on travelling, countless phone calls and I am unemployed struggle to pay my rent which is already in an arrears, I have been dealing with this torment or years now how much longer do I still need to wait for help or assistance, I am fed up, upset and just very disappointed.

Please please please help.

Regards. Marcia Arries
