Disgusting venue

What a shocking disgusting experience, toilets broken and not flushing , no hot water , *********** office staff , absent management as sitting in the on site bar is way more important than attending to visitors who have been changed maximum for the experience, I will not recommend this establishment even if it was for free , the only positive was the African staff who are trying their very best under appalling management
