PORT EDWARD HOLIDAY RESORT

I wanted to make a booking this morning with Mike the receptionist at Port Edward Holiday resort this morning. I am a 68yr old person. He was talking to a lady friend on the system. I waited patiently to give him time to say goodbye to her in a polite way. After about a minute he looked up at me and said he would just be a minute. Then he continued another 5 minutes while I read every possible pamphlet in the reception area. When I could handle the boredom no more I gathered my stuff to leave. Then he suddenly blocked the call and asked if he could help. I still teach mathematics at a private school. Can you imagine me laughing and socialising with a friend while my clients (learners) are waiti g expectantly to be helped by me. When I asked a shop keeper close by for details od the directors to contact she said forget it...they just cover for each other. Really ... Why can we not each do our part to make this a country of professionalism and kind carefulness.
