We acquired a container at Port Containers with a deposit of R15000 and was given an option to pay installments. The container was R38000. Port Containers referred us to Tagline Enterprise PTY Ltd. We made payment to Tagline on the 22nd September 2021. They confirmed payment and delivery to take place after 3 days of payment.

We kept on checking with them for delivery. We have been needing to get hold of them via Emails, WhatsApp and calls until calls could not go through anymore. We have proof of payment.

Nothing was delivered until today. Please help and we need our money back.
