Since from my last review about Porsche Sandton , the only feedback I get from them is the management sees the problem so they will book in my vehicle again to fix up the same problem which has been done for more then 5 times already, I did spoke to the service representer Darren and explained my disappointment (he is the person who helped me to book in the vehicle since the very first time we picked up the problem), the only thing I want to know is the vehicle is still under factory warranty and is a factory fault, so I need an answer and explanation from them, I can book the vehicle in again unless they promised me this will be the last time and the problem will be for sure fixed !! I know that I am individual not a big client they really want to look into it, but we shall all be treated equally as we are the consumer and I did paid to get a service, not to ignore!!!
