Poor Customer Service

Terrible service received from Luke , believed the issue was resolved so moved on picked up an error and left four messages for him to call me. On fourth call asked for the dealer principle to call me . Luke then decides to call back and I requested he rather get the DP to call me. Still waiting for the call . So sad an amazing product is let down by poor staff and simple lack of customer service.
