Utterly terrible service

I am very disappointed with the service I have thus far received from this branch. This is company that prides itself on being a premium brand yet the service is truly bottom of the pile, hardly any feedback or progress report for almost a month. Things are only actioned when I call for progress, 2 weeks to get an incomplete diagnosis, another two weeks just to get the injectors out of the car for testing. It's been truly disheartening and looks like there is no end to this misery
