Shocking service from Porsche Centre JHB

I bought a new Cayman GTS in Dec 2014 from Porsche JHB. 2 complaints: 1) charging me for repairs not my fault 2) shocking service (in terms of time and feedback). On 7 Feb, a warning light appeared RE power steering and I take the car in. 10 Feb Porsche tells me that rats have eaten wires causing the fault. They deny responsibility (claim they did a full Pre-Delivery inspection). On 12 Feb state not covered by maintenance plan and charge R11k just to open the vehicle. After 2 weeks and many reminder calls , they tell me on 26 Feb they have to replace the entire wiring harness and it will cost R119k to fix! I have never had any rat problems. I usually leave 1 Subaru Forester at home and in 6 years have never had an issue. Last year left both Subarus for 2 weeks in garage while on holiday and no issues, yet the rats eat the Porsche (licorice wires?). I believe the problem arose while car was on ship from Germany (for 1 whole month). The PDI was done by Porsche in 2-3 days, yet now takes them 2 weeks to check same? Burden of proof i.t.o. CPA on Porsche. Can they explain? Extremely unhappy customer. Ruined my Porsche dream forever. Will never do business with Porsche SA again!!
