Porsche sucks

A new windscreen for my Panamera: After waiting 3 days and 3 attempts to speak to the workshop manager , and promises that he will phone back but then doesnt of course, I am informed that i will have to wait 2 weeks for a new window from Germany and that it will cost R21000... I know Porsche never responds to complaints on this website , so i am just doing this to inform the public. Why do people even buy those cars, I dont get it.
