Porsche Macan faulty for over 116 days

My Porsche Macan Turbo has been faulty since July 2023. The service centre in Rivonia appears to be totally *********** and tried to repair the car. They returned it to me several weeks later only to find it still faulty. They have now had the vehicle for 116 days and I still await an answer to when my car will be properly repaired and returned to me. The dealer principle does not have the decency to respond to emails and the poor service agents, despite being great guys, have to take customer abuse due to shocking service department quality. Should you purchase a Porsche, expect this type of service. This is our 8th Porsche and I have never experienced such a lack of customer care. Porsche Germany needs to ne aware of this attitude to their customers.
