Negligence from PORSCHE SA

I have never been so shocked regarding service negligence from any car dealership. I have been waiting for 7 months now for a tailgate for my vehicle. Two times I have been told the part have arrived and when I book the vehicle in, I was told they have ordered the wrong parts.

There were no communication during this time untill I went to the branch to ask what the situation is. I am now waiting for an extra estimated two months (added to the seven, since December 2017) .

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! #tobyventer #shocking
