Most arrogant dealership!!

Porsche Center Umhlanga is an absolutely disgraceful dealership to deal with. After owning my vehicle for about 3 months. The vehicle starts to take off in 2nd gear and stalls when it fails to. Phoned porsche to address the issue and they have the nerve to tell me that its normal, gave them 3 chances by booking the vehicle in and allowing them to check it for themselves and the same outcome of "its normal".

How can an automatic pdk transmission vehicle stall and be normal???

If that isn't enough of a problem, the exhaust developed a metal sound and when brought to their attention they tried to prove to me its normal by comparing it to a new one only for they themselves to be surprised that it does not appear on the new one and their cover up was then that as the vehicle ages it gets noisier. At 25 000kms a vehicle gets noisier??? Seriously? A true load of ****!!!

Dear Porsche Centre South Africa. The complaint was filed with the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa by me due to your dealership selling me a defective vehicle furthermore your response to my complaint is a poor attempt on your behalf to try and save face publicly, rest assured that I have my legal counsel on stand by and I intend on taking this matter to the full extent of the law should it not be resolved by the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa.
