Eish

Eish. Besides spending 5 months in the garage for repairs, my Porsche depreciated by 45% in just 15 months. I paid R**** for a Panamera Turbo 2010 model to Porsche and when I asked Porsche to take it back 15 months later (being gatvol with all the delays and R270.000 repairs), I was offered R500k (after Porsche having fixed the car). Minus R400k!

2 myths I had about Porsche were shattered: Myth Nr 1: “A Porsche is a good car”. It will break down just like any other car, but what is worse is that it costs an arm and a leg to fix and one has to wait for ever for parts from Germany. Myth Nr 2: “A Porsche does not depreciate like other cars”. Eish my car’s price crashed 45% in 15 months. The other important thing you need to know about Porsche is that the motor plan that you paid for with your hard earned money, gets cancelled the day you sell the car. Imagine you buy eggs in Pick and Pay. One day you give them to your neighbour, and Pick and Pay sneaks in the middle of the night in your neighbour’s house opens the fridge and *****s the eggs back because they say the eggs belong to them. Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot!
