Compliments to Porsche Centre JHB

Recently I logged a complaint about Porsche Centre Johannesburg about poor service and charging we a huge bill for repairs to my Cayman GTS through rats eating car wires that I felt was not my fault but Porsche's. Post my complaint I had a meeting with the Dealer principal of Porsche Centre Johannesburg and other senior staff who adequately explained that my complaint was not the fault of Porsche and apologised for the poor service I had received up to that point. Post the meeting, Porsche assigned a new consultant to me and the service improved drastically and they also tried to fast track my repairs as much as they could. In addition they provided loan cars to assist me while waiting for the repair to be finalised, which was done on 16 May. The repair was complex and I was concerned that my car would not be the same, but Porsche did a very good job and my car was as is before, so now I am a happy customer. Thank you to Porsche for doing a fine job on the car and for the improved customer service.
