Complaint
I am totally disappointed and disgusted by the service I received from Porsche Sandton. In December I took my Porsche Cayenne to the Porsche dealership due to an injector misfire/knock. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks. In January, when I received my car, it was in a worse of condition than when I took it to Porsche. The dealership assured me that the injector problem together with other issues pertaining to the vehicle that needed attention and rectification will be dealt with immediately. The vehicle was booked in again in January 2020 and the repairs took many weeks to complete. When I received the vehicle in March, the injector misfire/knock was still there. It was reported to them but no attempt was made to fix the problem. We also discovered parts missing from the vehicle and other unrelated problems. On the 10th April, a pipe feeding diesel came loose due to previous repairs resulting in the loss of diesel. Porsche Road Assist responded to the call but couldn't repair the vehicle due to the unavailability of parts (understandably due to lockdown level 5) The vehicle stood on the road for almost two weeks before Porsche sent a rollback to fetch the vehicle. It is now gone two weeks and I had no feedback or response from Porsche regarding the progress on my vehicle. It is impossible to get in contact with the CEO and according to the receptionist at Porsche he does not have a PA. I believe that parts have been ****** and swapped from my car. I have emailed the relevant people and departments at Porsche with no response.
