A no-care attitude

My car was involved in a accident which Porsche Centre repaired. The feedback during this time was truly excellent. No issue.The following day,after driving less than 30km, the low coolant light came on. I pulled over and saw antifreeze all over the rear bumper. The car was also pulling to the left. Porsche Assist took the car back to the workshop. I was told it needed a new aluminum component to the cooling system. I asked to come and see the old part. This never transpired. For the past many weeks, I have literally had no feedback whatsoever. ZERO customer service. Recently I was informed, that \my car is still at Porsche Centre". I contacted Isabel via email on the 4th Sep and raised my concern that I had no idea what was going on. She undertook to investigate. I heard nothing until another SMS from Ian on 9th and 10th Sep telling me to arrange collection. I called Ian on the 10th Sep and left a message - he did not return my call.
