Porsche centre uMhlanga

I am not happy with the service provided by Nisha.My car broke down on 30 Nov 2024. It was towed to UMhlanga centre. She told me they’ll only see my car on the 18 Dec which I waited.On the 18 th Dec I had to call myself around 14:00 was told to wait she’ll go check around 15 30 was told the problem was with the O seals/rings need to make a payment (I did)to order parts which I was told parts will take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

On the 6 Jan 2025 Received a call from Nisha to say they’ve checked injectors can’t be replaced I need to order a new set(wonder why it wasn’t checked the same day on 18 th Dec to shorten the waiting time.Payment was made and again told to wait another 4-6 weeks (for this part now)

23 Jan 2025 Nisha called to say parts have arrived my car is booked for 20 Feb 2024 🫠.SMS was sent to confirm my appointment.The whole day (20 Feb )passed no call , no communication and now is 14:30 on 21 Feb 2025 no call still from Nisha to update me about the car. Had to call and ask for Manager (T) and was told is not in she will be in on Monday. Disappointed ,unhappy customer
