Caroline refusing to refund me

In April, I asked the school what is their plan of action with regards to fees as we are now expected to be teaching kids, providing meals and this mean extra electricity and water bill on us parents. The school then said they will communicate to all parents via whatsapp groups. Well there was no discount offered. On 23 April 2020, i asked caroline the school owner to refund me money that was due to me as i had paid extra on fees. Her respond was no, telling me that she will not be able to refund me. I told her my son will no longer be part of her school, and i sent in my notice which ended on 30 May. I asked her to kindly refund what is due to me. She only refunded me about 35% of what was due on 8th May 2020. On 31 May, contract ended and she quickly removed me from the school whatsapp group. I called in several times, email with no feedback. Caroline is still holding on my money and now the account dept is telling me that they are also trying to collect money due to them from other parents who failed to pay for the past 3 months. Caroline is aware that i lost my job yet she doesnt seem to care. I am very disappointed with the school and how they are treating me. My older son was there for 4 years and never even once have i missed the creche fee. My younger one has now been there for over almost 3 years now and still i have never missed any fees. She is telling me about other single parents who were unable to pay their fees, yet I myself am a single parent too. I am so disgusted about her behavior more especially being a christian school. The school even did not bother to care when i cc'd my attorney on the communications i sent to them. SO clearly they dont give a damn. As i review this, i am sitting without a job and have bills to pay. Yet caroline is sitting comfortably without a worry on how she will get her next meal....
