Old or badly handeled packets of popcarn

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with one of the packs we purchased at Macro. One of the packs in the box dit not Pop at all even after 3 minutes. It is a complete blank /dud. We popped the second on.. it only started popping after a minute and 40 seconds.. and had a lot of burned pops in.. I am keeping the blank dud pack for you. Please can i send it to you to investigate . I can send you photos as well . Best before date is only in 2022 11 11
