Lay-bye

I did make a lay -bye last month of a pair of boots.This month on the 4th I paid the lay-bye on full after they send me to collect the parcel at the back in the store. I give the slip to one of the workers there where I wait for an hour for the lay-bye. I did ask after an hour where i my lay - bye they say were still looking for it. I left without my lay-bye I went to the store on the 5th of May I ask there about my lay-bye the lady said they still looking for it and she said she will call me before the end on the day.I did not received any call.
