Customer Rights Violation

Good evening.. My name is Ngwako and I'm very disappointed as my rights as a customer were violated very badly by the assistant manager of the store. The store is based at Mahlakung Mall. The workers at that store are very rude and don't respect customers at all. They are very arrogant and they are not even humble when they are talking with customers.
