Their Sales Person in Midrand is a Lair and a *****

I very angry and disappointed with the Service I received from from this storeI paid for a couch Today at Boulders Mall in Midrand. I saw their display couches at one of the entrances and I told the sales guy Bongani that was interested in one of the designs and asked if they had new stock, he agreed that they did and directed me to their store down stairs. I went to their store to go look around and it turns out that Bongani had followed me there, so Iooked around and decided that I wanted a couch that was of the same design I saw at their display upstairs.. So when we set down and as order was being processed I asked if I told the stuff that I want new couches and not the display couches, they agreed and guaranteed me that they had new stock at the back of the store and that I would get the display couches, I kept asking them multiple times in they had stock and the sales Guys guaranteed me and told me that he had stock at the back and had nothing to worry about. I asked again to view the couches before making payments and they told me that the stock was at the back and I wouldn't be able to view it properly, but it is there and that I would be able to inspect it in the comfort of my own house. They guaranteed me again that I wasn't going to be brought the Display couches upstairs. The main reason I was so fussy about getting asking them about the new couches was because I've seen plenty of people sitting and touching those display couches which is why I made it clear to the guy that I wanted new couches. The Popular Furniture Employees at Midrand Guaranteed me that they have a new set at the back that would be delivered within a few minutes by an outsourced delivery Guy. I made a cash payment of R5000 for the R4999 couches, they took my details and once again assured me that I'd have new couches delivered to me in a few Minutes. They took my address and numbers and gave me my slip and told me that I could go home and that driver would call me when we arrives with the couches. So I left and decided to go withdraw the delivery fees, as I was walking to the Bank I ran into Bongani the sales guy who claimed that he had been looking for me and were trying to contact me after I left the shop because, he called the Randburg Branch and found out that they don't have stock of the couches I bought, I was very confused because I didn't understand what Randburg had to do with the deal.. Then he told me that he wanted to give me the Display Couches, because they didn't have stock in Midrand and Randburg. He tried to force me to take the Display couches, they same display couches that I told him before even making payments that I didn't want. They guaranteed me that they had new couches and I'd get them the same day. Now the guy was telling me about Randburg and that he didn't have any new couches in store and was planning on collecting them from Randburg and then delivering them to me. But they don't have stock any more so he's going to give me display couches. When I refused and pointed out the fact that, I had spoken to him and his colleagues and asked them multiple times and about new couches they guaranteed me, him especially that they have new couches in store, they guaranteed me and promised me so many times that I'd get my couches as requested on the same day. The guy tried to force me to take the display couches, when I refused and told him I wanted the new couches he promised me would be delivered the same day on the 31 of March 2021 , he told me that they didn't have stock and that if I want new couches I'll have to wait for them to be ordered, which may take a day or two or even two weeks. I am extremely furious and disappointed at their service and I want a refund because none of the agreements from their side was met, I made full payments for the couches and they guaranteed me that I'd be getting new couches on the exact same day I made payments. Before even making payments I had told them about the importance of me getting those couches on Wednesday which is why I decided to buy from them instead of going to another shop because they told me that they had stock which would be delivered on the same day. I want a refund because they failed meet their side of their agreement, it is very deceptive and evil and do such a thing I am extremely furious and disappointed... People have said so many great things about your store, but I want my Money back... I don't even want to hear stories I am angry I can't even sleep because of this nonsense.
