Poor customer service, refund takes long

Russells Cosmo City. I purchased a kitchen unit on the 4th August 2018.ihave not yet received it despite the promise of 48 hours delivery time frame. I then went to the store to find out the reason for the delay, i was told the polokwane warehouse is still waiting for the stock, not sure when that will happen. I then requested a refund, i was told a 2 weeks waiting period. I regret for going to the store, the communication is poor, no idea of customer service, no accountability taken by anyone. I now feel trapped.
