ok furniture's store @ randburg square refusing to give me a new fridge replacing the broken one

<p>I have bought a fridge @ OK furniture's store @ randburg and its not freezing I did report it the technicians came and checked it only to find out that it has to be replaced now the OK furniture shop is refusing to exchange for me because they want me to bring it back to the store while the technicians from kic promised that they will come and collect it at my place now I can't get a new fridge because I'm refusing to bring the fridge to the store...plz help me with this issue because I have used it and its been a month nw and it came broken from the store</p>
