*********** staff and appalling service

<p>At the end of January I had ordered a couch through Popular Furniture Stores randburg branch. At first they were all friendly and quite helpful, and promised that I would have my couch within a week. As the weeks went on I had contacted them multiple times to enquire about the couch, but revived no response. After about 3 weeks I received a phone call from the salesperson that originally handled the sale to say that there was a problem with th couch and they needed more time. This is when the couch was already 2 weeks late. While on the phone with this salesperson I informed them that I wanted my couch within the week or I would like my money back, and he promised that I would have my couch by the following Monday. As the Monday came and went, nothing. I then called the shop and told them that I would be coming in to receive my money as I had cancelled my order, this was on Saturday. While at the shop, I was told that an eft would be done and the money will be refunded. Needless to say, I am still waiting for my money. This honestly has to be the worst service I have ever experienced from anyone, and will never support them again, and neither will anyone that I know.</p>
