Bad Service and Rude people.

I bought a couch from their branch in Boulders mall, Midrand and canceled the order the following day and I was told I will get my refund within 3 days, but a week passed and I had to call their head office the following Monday to try and make a follow up on my refund and I was told I'll get my money within another 4 days again. Each time they promise to call me back they never keep to their promise. Now it has been over 7 days and I tried calling them and the lady was very rude, hung up and told me I will get my money whenever I get it.

Their service is really bad and I am really angry at this point. They take people for granted.
