We urgently needed to replace our pool cover and after doing some research came across Popular Canvas. Their service level from the first interaction has been fantastic - swift and professional. I received a preliminary quotation within a matter of hours of contacting them. Their team were out the very next day [at the exact time they said they would be] doing final measurements and I received a revised costing based on actual measurements within the hour the team had been to the house. They promised to deliver prior to closing for the holidays and kept to their word. We are very happy with the final product, the team that installed the pool cover were quick, efficient and professional. Its been a long time since I have come across a company with such integrity and professionalism that did what they said they would in the time they said they would do it. I will highly recommend them.
