Pops saker auto

I took my car to Pops because of a noice when the fan goes on. When collected I was not charge any fees because I was informed there wasnt anything serious fault, only a pin that they fixed where the radiator is mounted on the frame. After a few kilometers my car started to overheat.I inspected and found the fan is not working. I took the car back. Pops informed me that the fan is not working. He said that they did not work on the fan. He is lying about it and that is why I wasnt charge any fees. Because they broke the fan. It also indicate that he is not a honest person.
