Poppyseed on Montpelier road has zero respect for its customers
There's a new spot with a play area on Montpelier road called Poppyseed. I went there with a friend and the kids to unwind on a Sunday and the service we received was **********. Firstly, we had to go inside to ask someone to come and take our order. After what felt like a decade, we had to go back in to ask for our food. We were then served first (instead of the kids). As if that was not enough, the kids' order was served at the wrong table. In the middle of eating, we found strands (not one) of hair in our toast. We then made the waiter aware and he promised to get back to us (he never did). When it was time to pay, we waited again! Disappoinment does not even begin to define our experience.
