Bad service

I would like to log a complaint against a staff member at Poppy's express at Nedbank Sandton. I asked the price of fruit and selected the fruit that I needed. I then requested to pay and said that the cashier should assist me. He came to the till with attitude saying I mustn't talk like that to him when all I asked was who the cashier was as I had work to do. This guy is rude and must be thought customer service. Some people walk into the shop and walk behind the counter to take their goods and others go there to fetch their orders. Shouldn't we all get the same customer service regardless of race, colour etc? I cant help if he started off his day bad and that's what I told him This is not on and I refuse to buy from them from today
