Terrible customer service!!!

It's been almost a month and you have not resolved my issue of giving me a bigger size of two pairs of takkies that I purchased from you....your customer service is terrible!!! Will never be buying from you again!!!I would not advise anyone to buy from these people....they ignore your msgs on wattsapp pathetic business
